Make a Glittery Cherry Lime Mocktail for Galentine’s Day!
Use pink edible glitter to create a festive tart cherry juice mocktail that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Valentine’s Day sparkly drinks anyone?
Why not celebrate with a glittery mocktail for you and your gal pals? This year, I’ll be making a fun cherry-lime fizz to toast friendship, and I wanted to share the recipe!
It’s mainly lemon-lime sparkling water and cherry juice which turns out to be a delicious onlinebination and perfectly refreshing and fizzy. Garnish with some fresh cherries or sweeter maraschino ones may be great!
Edible glitter for drinks makes this Valentine’s Day mocktail sparkle!
Did you know glitter is made for drinks? I was skeptical at first, but it’s surprisingly beautiful! It has no flavor—just stir in a little, and the result is a sparkling, eye-catching drink. The photos don’t do it justice; it’s even more stunning in person! I am using this one in Sakura pink from Amazon.

This was my first time tasting Betty Buzz, which is Blake Lively’s line of high-quality mocktail mixers!
I chose the lemon-lime sparkling soda, which is delicious and made with clean ingredients and natural flavors. This one uses Meyer lemons. While it’s pricey online, I found a 4-pack at Sprouts for $7.99 in-store. Although this is still a bit spendy, I like the idea of splurging to make a nice quality mocktail!
Tart cherry juice is also tasty! It has some health benefits too, such as being rich in fiber and antioxidants.
Extra tips for making this tart cherry juice lime mocktail:
- Love my cute old-fashioned-looking drinking glasses? You can find them on Amazon!
- Feel free to use lemon-lime soda for a sweeter taste instead of sparkling water. It’s all up to you. Ginger ale would be nice too.
- Want to make this an adult-only beverage? For a traditional cocktail try adding a shot of vodka or tequila.

Galentine’s mocktails are a great idea. You’ll ❤️ this one!
I think you can go in so many directions with this idea and use other juice flavors to create personalized mocktails. You could even use grenadine instead of cherry juice and create more of a Shirley Temple with Maraschino cherries.
My daughter told me how her favorite drive-through coffee shop Dutch Bros has edible glitter drinks. You can add “shine” to any energy drink for a dollar. I thought that was interesting.
