I stopped by Michaels today to check out their Christmas clearance and in the stocking stuffer section, I found lots of notebooks, pens, etc with Hello Kitty, My Little Pony, Frozen, Spiderman, Avengers, and more on them. Everything was only $0.15 each! I bought 45 items for only $7.33 with tax! I thought that I would let you know and hopefully some more people can get in on this deal. When I left, there was still a lot left on the shelf. I am located in Long Island, NY.

I got them to use for Easter prizes for my annual family egg hunt. They would also be great for Easter baskets!

We have a surprise box for when the kids have had a good day or when mom is about to go crazy and the kids need something new to play with. The cheap little things like this make it easy to stock up and I don’t feel bad at all to throw it out when it’s time (sometimes it’s only am hour after they got it). I also find little cheap and brand new items from our goodwill store.

My child’s elementary school teacher frequently asks for prize box items for rewards. These are perfect, I paid a few more cents but bought a good bit on Christmas Eve.

The stocking stuffer section at my Michael’s was wiped out weeks ago. I wish I could score some of these deals but there must be a lot of couponers in my area.

Ah!! I am on L.I too, but no clearance shopping for me this year! We are headed on a drive to FL to see Mickey Mouse!! I guess its not a bad trade off lol 😉

I like to stock up for the shoeboxes our family fills each year for Operation Christmas Child. They send shoeboxes filled with goodies to children all over the world while sharing the gospel. It’s neat because if you make a donation online to help with the shipping cost, you can print a tracking code and tape it to your box. Once your box has been shipped, they send you an e-mail letting you know what country your box went to. This year our box went to India. I was there yesterday. They were reduced to .50 cents each then. Christmas was 70% off. They also had some art kits that were 50-70% off also

I went to two today looking for a snowglobe and nope. Plenty of great stuff though. I always love to stock up on muffin liners because I make muffins for my kids’ breakfast often. $.49 and really cute and not at all Christmas printed. Lots of Wilton stuff and pans at 70% off but NO snowglobes. Both were sold out before Christmas. In Chicago ‘burbs at Naperville (rte. 59) and Willowbrook.

Thanks for the post! We just happened to be a couple minutes from Michaels when I read this post. I convinced my husband to stop and we stocked up for my daughter’s classroom “treasure box”. The checkout lady heard me talking to my daughter about giving it to her teacher and gave us an additional 15% discount!

Thanks for sharing. Stopped in Greenville, SC and got lots of goodies for 15 cents. I also got some Thank you cards, notebooks, some stationary with stamps and Wiltons baking stuff all for 70% off.

Got some hello kitty stuff for .15 and I’m planning to use it for Easter goody bags. Wish I was able to snag some
Boy stuff but none left. Frozen would have been awesome since my daughter is asking for a frozen party in April. Going to work on that one

Thanks for sharing. I was able to get a TON of items for $.15 yesterday (Dec 27). The items in the front of the store were onlinepletely wiped out. However, I remember there were TONS of Hello Kitty, Minnie Mouse and My Little Pony items in the back of the store. No one noticed it so I was able to stock up. $42 later I am extremely happy. I just started an Event Planning business and this will be great for gift bags, my kids parties, etc. By the way I didn’t buy everything in the store there was a lot of items left.

I was able to get 112 items for $21.. tons of stuff at our store. I even found Disney wands and necklaces that are perfect for party favors!! Huge score- thanks for the info.
