Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1 can of your favorite soup
- 1 bag of mixed frozen veggies
- Garlic Powder
- Thyme
- A few cups of cooked cubed chicken
- Pillsbury Gluten-Free Pie & Pastry Dough
- 1/4 cup of Sour Cream

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Mix the can of your favorite soup, bag of frozen veggies, seasonings, a few cups of cooked cubed chicken in a pot. Heat on stove top on medium, stir occasionally.

Add 1/4 cup of sour cream once it's heated and continue to stir.

Roll out the Pillsbury Gluten-Free Pie & Pastry Dough (or another pastry dough of your choice) on parchment paper.Â

Place your chicken and veggie mixture into a baking dish.

Add the rolled dough layer on top of your chicken and veggie dish.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
