I love this mixer! It’s great for smaller mixing jobs that you just don’t want to use the bigger mixer for, which I also own. It also takes up less space on the countertop so I keep this one on my counter and my larger one in the cabinet. I use it for everything from tuna salad, bean mixes, really anything I just don’t wanna mix by hand. I highly reonlinemend this mixer!
I’ve been wanting a Kitchenaid stand mixer for all my cooking life! From time to time, I would look them over but put the idea aside since I am single & didn’t need one of the large sizes. But, it happened that a friend mentioned her “small” Kitchenaid mixer, so I found this one! It was just the right size for smaller needs & was more affordable also….. so I jumped in & got myself one! I’m so glad I took the plunge because I really love this Mini 3.5 quart Kitchenaid. It’s everything I always knew it would be!
