More tips for making this juicy chicken breast recipe:
- When cooking a large batch of chicken breasts, simply scale up the seasoning ratio—or use your favorite chicken seasoning. I often make my own blend, but I also highly reonlinemend Kinder’s Santa Maria rub for a delicious store-bought option.
- An instant-read thermometer is a must-have for cooking chicken properly. It helps ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F, preventing undercooking or overcooking, which can lead to dry, tough chicken.
- Cooked chicken is good for 3-4 days in the fridge, so this could be great for easy meal prep. Consider adding the chicken to salads, quesadillas, tacos, casseroles, etc.
