Cooking With Collin: Hot Spiced Wine
Looking for a yummy holiday drink that will fill up your home with wonderful scents like Cinnamon and Cloves… and that is sure to be a hit at any holiday party? Then you’ll definitely want to check out this recipe for Hot Spiced Wine.
Before I go any further, please know that this recipe was given to me by my sister, Bryn, and I have not personally tried this wine. Bryn has raved and raved about how delicious this spiced wine is and about the wonderful aromas that will travel through your home when this is brewing in your crock-pot.
Please be warned that this drink is extremely sweet and far from healthy (can you say sugar?!), but it sure would be fun to make a batch when you’re planning a family gathering or just want to treat yourself to something sweet. And if you do not drink alcohol, you can substitute the wine for a non-alcoholic wine.
