Ingredients
For the Casserole:
- 30 oz. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- medium sized onion β finely chopped
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
For the Topping:
- 2 cups corn flakes cereal
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In your largest mixing bowl, onlinebine thawed hash browns with the soup, sour cream, onion, melted butter, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.

In a bowl use a spoon to crush the cornflakes and stir in the melted butter. Spread that mixture on top of the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes until browned and bubbly. Serve warm.
