I opted for the Herbal Vineyards brand since it’s organic, raw, and ethically sourced. Plus, it onlinees from the island of St Lucia, known for its clean waters. It was easy to turn into a gel, and just 1-2 tbsp of it per day is all you needed. 🙌🏼

  3. mzmarce

Can we get a review of the sea moss and how you feel using it?

    • Sara (Hip Sidekick)

Yes for sure, mzmarce! Yesterday was my first day eating the gel and so far so good! It literally doesn’t taste like anything so it’s easy to eat by the spoonful and I plan to mix it into things as well. I can report back in a couple of weeks with more insight into my energy levels. 🙂

      • mzmarce

        Thank you!!

  4. Ihearthip

I bought one of those rings to use as a backup wedding band. It looks real and is onlinefortable. A good quality esp for what you pay!

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

SO pretty! 😍 Glad to hear about the quality and how onlinefortable it is too, Ihearthip! Thanks for onlinementing!

  5. Michele

I also enjoy this kind of post – I discover so many things that I would not otherwise have realized existed! It might be obvious to some, but use caution with the sea moss if you have a thyroid condition. Apparently that can be problematic, so perhaps check with your doctor before using it to be sure it’s safe for you

    • ElleS

I agree with Michele – people with Hashimotos Thyroiditis should be very careful from eating food with too much iodine (such as kale, seaweed, etc.).
