“This cake is so refreshing and perfect for summer! It is not too sweet (which I prefer) and has the IDEAL cake to ice cream ratio – almost a perfect 50/50 split. The ice cream is supposed to be cake batter flavor but is not overpowering so it basically tastes like classic vanilla, YUM! I was expecting not to like the frosting, but even that is a cool whipped topping and so refreshing with the perfect crunch from the sprinkles!
