   I can’t get the promo code to work on Shutterfly. Only takes $50 off the book. Any tips for getting it to work? Customer service was no help

This promotional code is valid to use on Groupon’s site to purchase your voucher, not directly on Shutterfly. 💕 If having issues ordering your Groupon book with Shutterfly, you might check that you’ve clicked through the link from Groupon for your voucher, and double check the sizing of the book you ordered with the one that’s in your cart. Also, it looks like this voucher is only for one book (though they have a separate Groupon listing for multiples), so be sure you only have one in your cart. If still having troubles, you might try reaching out to Groupon or Shutterfly customer service. Hoping this may be helpful – and you can redeem your offer soon. 💖🤞

  The last Groupon promo I had same issue…where peeps were purchasing more than one but separate transactions. That never would work for me. I ended up getting a soft cover 8×8 paying $17 and it’s horrible quality. I won’t do that again.

   Confused as the offer in shutterfly says ‘promotional offer expires Feb 28, 2025, but also says further down ‘offer purchased will not expire’. I would love to purchase more as I do a Christmas photo book each year. This is a great deal! But I don’t want to waste money if I can’t use it after Feb of 2025…

  Sorry for that confusion, Becca. The details I’m finding are that the promotional value expires within 365 days of purchase. However, the amount you pay for the voucher does not expire and can still be applied toward the purchase after the promotional period ends. Also, “Multiple vouchers can be purchased, but only one voucher can be used per transaction on the Shutterfly website.”
  Hoping that’s more helpful! You could always reach out to customer service for further information on that. ❤️❤️
