Accessories and doll included in kids MRI machine dr playset

In addition to the working MRI machine, this unique set includes an assortment of familiar medical accessories and tools like a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and a facemask. Plus there’s also a forehead warmer and what the heck is toilet soap? 🤔

Box for a MRI machine playset in the box

Let’s not forget about the ANALOG onlineputer that’s proudly advertised on the box. This might be the first (and only) time your toddler might get to see one of those! I’m certainly not a doctor or nurse, but some of these ‘realistic items’ seem a bit questionable. 😂

All jokes (and creepy dolls) aside, this doctor play kit does actually get great reviews for being good quality and for providing lots of fun for the littles. Just be warned that if you’re thinking about purchasing, it’s a little smaller than is depicted in the image. And by a little, I mean A LOT.

MRI Machine Kids Dr Playset toy, dolls and accessories

There are a lot of great 5-star reviews, but these are some of our faves…

I mean, who thought to themselves… “I want my kid to be able to play doctor and put a baby in an MRI machine.” Someone with a nerdy kid. And ain’t that something to be proud of? If you got yourself a little Sheldon, this is a fun set with all kinds of gadgets and features. The buttons make lights go on and the MRI machine thing goes in and out and it will definitely get a lot of mileage. Go on. Get it. The world needs more nerds.

This has to be the weirdest toy I have ever seen. Whoever thought of this has to be mental or a mad genius, LOL. This would be good for teaching children about diagnostics. Desensitizes them to make procedures less scary.

5 stars for being one of the funniest, most quirky toys we’ve ever gotten. Don’t play with it in the dark though, or you will be creeped out.

I think i was thinking the same thing….an MRI machine? i think we really need to make american healthy again when kids toys have evolved to include this…wowzer….i kinda makes you wanna laugh…and cry

Hey Selma! That came directly from an Amazon review, and we understood it as a playful or quirky remark when considering the rest of their positive review. 🤗 We always aim to share a variety of perspectives from reviews to give readers a well-rounded view of a product. Appreciate you taking a moment to share your thoughts! 💞

As a terminal cancer patient- just no. BUT- it might help kids who have to do these scans have less anxiety about them- but doesn’t look like fun. (And to the above- I try to live healthy and did NOT bring 5 cancers upon myself.)

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Such a great perspective, Kelly. 🤗 Anything that might help ease anxiety for kids seems like a win. Sending you lots of love and strength. ❤️

This might be nice as a donation to St. Jude’s children’s hospital.
Otherwise it’s strange and gives us perspective of how our country’s health is headed.

A lot of kids out there have parents/family members who work in the medical profession and utilize MRI’s in their line of work. I don’t see anything wrong with a young child pretending to “do what mommy does at work,” especially since medical related toys have always been around. (Doctor kits, Operation Game, caring for newborn babies/puppies, etc.) This could inspire a young child to be curious about the science behind what goes on. I didn’t really understand an MRI til an adult.

  5. Mel

Sincere question, not being glib. Can someone explain the “toilet soap” to me. I’ve had several MRIs and CT scans as a result of stroke and other medical issues. I have no recollection of “toilet soap” or soap of any kind. Is this something new??

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Mel! When searching for more details on this, here’s what I found – Toilet soap is a high-quality cleansing bar that contains more natural fatty acids (typically 60-80%) for better lather and skin conditioning. It’s different from a bath bar, which can include a mix of soap and synthetic ingredients. Essentially, toilet soap is a purer, more traditional soap, while bath bars can vary in formulation. Hoping this helps! 🤗
