Remember chicken eggs can be frozen for up to a year. I have no idea about duck eggs, etc. Don’t let any go bad and if you have the chance to buy a cheap extra carton do so. Use silicone ice trays for ease. You can separate the yolks and whites or freeze together. Beat it up and put the tiniest pinch of salt on them to prevent the yolk from turning into a lumpy mess since it has no moisture in the yolk. Cover trays , label with dates and freeze. Thaw in fridge the night before using or under cool running water in a pinch. There’s no difference in taste that I can tell.
