My store is $1.99 today and I think it’s a great deal — didn’t even now abou the .99 cent thing. The lady at my store says everythng is going be “pulled” on Wednesday and that they do this twice a year!!?? I really don’t know, but I got earrings, necklaces and sunglasses for cheap plus $10 cash back or over $25!! Thanks!
