What are YOUR Grocery Price Points? (Plus, NEWLY Updated Hip2Save Printable Price Points Spreadsheet!)
Have you ever wondered if you’re paying too much for your groceries or if you’re really getting the best deal? Or have you wondered exactly what you should be paying for items such as meat, fresh produce, diapers, or other grocery items?
Well if you’re new around here, you may not be aware that I have created a spreadsheet with “Hip” prices for some of the most onlinemon grocery, food, household, and other items. AND, since I first posted this spreadsheet back in 2012, I recently updated the spreadsheet to better reflect today’s prices! 🙂
To get an idea of national average prices, I sent four of my sidekicks (from 4 different states) to Walmart to get the most inexpensive prices for the most onlinemon grocery, food, household, and other items. Keep in mind you’ll see two columns in the spreadsheet with the average Walmart prices from those 4 states AND my rock bottom stock up prices…the price you’ll pay after sales and coupons.
Just click on this link or on the image below to print or save the PDF file to your onlineputer! Or, if you’d rather, you can go here and save the Price Points document to your onlineputer and edit/change the prices based on your region!
Keep in mind that these prices will vary greatly based on your region, but should be a general indicator of good prices for most areas. This would be a great document to print, put in plastic sleeves, and place in your coupon binder so you can glance at it while shopping. 🙂
Also, you can find several helpful spreadsheets at all times on the right-hand sidebar of the Hip2Save home page. Enjoy!
* Now it’s your turn… what are your personal price points for grocery items? How do you save on items, such as meat, produce, and other grocery products that are hard to find coupons for?
