Know a Fortnite fan?

Fortnite is a survival game that’s taken over the gaming world – and when you make your own DIY gift basket from Dollar Tree items (I’ve even included free printables!), you’ll have just about every kid you know flossing like a boss!

My kids love Fortnite!

In fact, one of our close friends invited us to a Fortnite themed birthday party for her son, and I was thinking of what I could give alongside a PlayStation gift card.

DIY Supply Drop Gift

Supply Drop is an aspect of the Fortnite game, so I created a fun gift basket using some FREE printable labels to turn snacks and toys into Fortnite goodies! This is such an easy idea and can be put together at different price levels. The example I made is mostly made from Dollar Tree items, including the container and yellow filler! It’s a fun and affordable gift idea that I think Fornite fans will enjoy.

Don’t know what these items are in Fornite?

Neither did I, but just ask your older kids or grandkids, and they’ll likely know all about it. In fact, this would be fun project to let the kids put together for someone! free fortnite printables to put with your DIY Dollar Tree Fortnite Gift Basket

DIY Dollar Tree Fortnite Gift Basket items to place in the basket, including drinks and popcorn

Just print and tape on the labels

To use these labels, simply print and tape them to a different toy or to snack items. I used blue drinks such as Gatorade, juice Hug drinks, Lays chips, a dart gun, and microwave popcorn.

DIY Dollar Tree Fortnite Gift Basket will be a hit with any fortnite fans!

You can take the original labels off as I did with the Lays chips, or add more construction paper behind the labels as I did with the pack of microwave popcorn. I included a couple of other fun things like water guns, but you can definitely customize items for the recipient.

The last thing I did was to attach a yellow helium balloon, the only aspect that wasn’t from Dollar Tree, but was only 99¢ at the grocery store.

If you’re looking for a funny gift to throw in there for adults, I LOVE these cute Fortnite socks! LOL

Such a fun and inexpensive project!

I love when free printables can turn ordinary things into a creative and thoughtful gift that’s also easy to put together. As another idea, you could use these labels to create inexpensive party favors or use them as a fun birthday party element. I also think this would be a cool Easter basket idea or Christmas stocking stuffer, too! Enjoy!

Really?!?! Does anyone else find this post questionable?

    • berrylandnow

      ?

    • Laura

I don’t know the game, I have only heard of it, so can I ask why you find it offensive? Asking honestly 😉

      • Lo

Im guessing chug jug and slurp juice are the offensive words? Maybe sound alcohol related?
Ehhhh most kids I know play this game and I think it’s a cute idea

        • Jason

It’s only offensive if you make it offensive. Most kids wouldn’t even know that “Chug Jug” would be alcohol related, and I doubt they would even care.

        • dropofrain

I am an adult and I have no clue what that means lol

    • Mel

      Seriously??

    • Heather

Perhaps the violence is the issue? Regardless, parents decide what’s best for their children, and it’s not anyone else’s business. “Eye roll and scroll” is a great policy when you don’t like something. Everyone’s entitled to an opinion, but it doesn’t always need to be voiced.

nope I find it to be most helpful. You cannot purchase anything for a fortnite birthday party anywhere outside of the internet and this just made my late night a whole lot earlier as I am doing this for someone who doesn’t have access to a onlineputer and I don’t even know what fort nite is. Thank you so much for your help!!!! You totally rock!!!

This is clever! I just threw a Fortnite birthday party for my son on Saturday and we did several of these same ideas. One other thing is we used gold chocolate coins (actually silver but the gold ones might be available at Dollar Tree) and found a printable on Etsy to make them into V Bucks.
