Music can make or break a workout in my opinion, but I had no onlineplaints about Punch Pedal’s playlist. It was upbeat and kinda made me want to start dancing instead of finish the workout!
I also like how the songs flow with the pace of the workout and pick up a bit when things get a little more challenging.
