   You guys constantly and consistently provide incorrect information. I joined, but only recieved free shipping (but, because my purchase was so large, I got free shipping anyway). There was no “unique 20% off one item coupon” as described in your ad!!! Not sure why I continue to shop with your misinformation because this happens time and time again! Thanks again for wasting my time.

During check-out, in the Billing Information section, be sure to use the same email address that received this offer notification. You will see the offers that are available for you there. Shipping is free on orders over $39; otherwise, shipping starts at $5.99. There is always the option to opt for free in-store pickup where available to save on shipping fees.   Thanks for the update, Becky! It’s been a minute since logging into my rewards account, but I do see it available by logging in then clicking “my account” and then under “savings” there should be a “my offers” link to hopefully spot your 20% off coupon there, if you didn’t receive the email for it. I’ve added a note to the post on this as well. Hoping this is helpful! 🤞❤️

  Hey Becky! I think I may see what’s happening now! After adding the candle to your cart, there might be a $29 “membership” added for the welonlinee rewards. I just clicked the “x” on that offer in my cart, and then on the right-hand side of the screen under “order summary” it says “You have 1 coupon(s) available.” Once clicking “apply coupons” there is a 20% off coupon to be applied to any purchase, no minimum requirement needed. Hoping you’re able to spot it there! 💕

   Tried that several times and keep getting, “Sorry, this coupon cannot be used with this order. Please check coupon details”, so you might need to edit your ad posting!!!

  So sorry for the trouble, Becky! I’m still seeing the coupon available in my Bed Bath and Beyond rewards account and able to apply it to the order, without issues/exclusions.
