Such a YUMMY soup!
I’m a big fan of traditional stuffed peppers, and this soup has a deliciously similar taste. It’s still delicious as leftovers the next day, and I really think your family will enjoy this easy dinner idea!
P.S. If you’re looking for a quality dutch oven, I enjoy my nice Lodge enameled cast iron (pictured above)! So pretty and works great on the stove and in the oven.
