Tips for making the best Starbucks Medicine Ball tea at home:
- Technically Starbucks uses Teavana Peach Tranquility and Teavana Jade Citrus Mint herbal teas in their version. I use what is onlinemonly available at my local grocery. The Tazo Organic Zen and Celestial Seasonings peach tea are both great options instead.
- Create your own variation by experimenting with your lemonade. I’ve used plain lemonade and flavored and both came out delicious.
- Use as much honey as you enjoy. I just like a little drizzle, but feel free to add a bit more for a sweeter taste.
- Low Carb Tip: Make a couple of easy swaps such as using fresh lemon and liquid Stevia instead of lemonade and honey to make a Keto version of the Starbucks Medicine Ball.
