Simply add some gummy bears to a dish, pour your preferred liquor over top, and let them soak for either a few hours or even overnight — the longer they sit, the boozier they get!

Gummy bears happen to be my favorite candy, so I was excited to try this and it did not disappoint! In fact, I can see how it would be easy to overindulge in these so be careful and responsible when enjoying! 😉

Soak gummy bears in rum for a boozy way to enjoy this beloved chewy candy!
Ingredients
- gummy bears
- coconut rum (or your favorite liquor)
Directions

Place desired amount of gummy bears in a glass dish. Pour rum so it barely covers candy and stir. Let them soak for either a few hours or even overnight.

Place soaked bears in shot glasses to serve or small plastic containers with lids. Drink or discard leftover infused rum.
Hip Tip: I used coconut rum for a sweet and tropical flavor, but you could also have fun experimenting with different flavors of alcohol. Vodka-soaked gummy bears make a tasty alternative!
Plus, you could also try out other candies, like gummy Lifesavers, Swedish Fish, or Twizzler Gummies!

I love how these rummy bears puff up because of the liquor and they taste great! I feel like they are optimal about a day after soaking and would be super fun to make ahead and have at your next gathering, holiday celebration, or New Year’s Eve party.
