Iced Coffee Popsicles

yield: 6 SERVINGS

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup creamer (I love sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer)
  • 2-3 tablespoons white & dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix coffee with creamer.

Place a few chocolate chips at the bottom of each popsicle mold, and pour coffee on top.

Place in freezer and enjoy when frozen. Makes 4-6 popsicles depending on the size of your molds.

    The tovola molds are better than the LIFE+ ones found on Amazon. The Tovolo ones are more expensive but do not break when you try to get the pops out like the LIFE+ ones did. Mine just broke after a few uses. My kids think that the Naked brand Mighty Mango smoothies make the best popsicles ever!!!!!

    Where do you find your Almond Milk creamer? I’ve only seen the tiny little Silk creamers that are nearly $3

      My local Albertsons carries it. Brand is called Califia and there’s a few Flavors
