Homemade Birthday Cake Batter Ice Cream
Here's a birthday cake ice cream recipe that tastes super similar to Cold Stone's famous Cake Batter variety!
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup boxed yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Directions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and milk.

Whisk in the vanilla, heavy whipping cream, and yellow cake mix. onlinebine using whisk until there are no lumps.

Pour into your ice cream maker to freeze.

Toward the end of freeze time (mine takes about 30-35 minutes), add sprinkles to ice cream.

Once frozen to desired consistency, it's ready to serve.

If you want harder, firmer ice cream to scoop, place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then scoop out into bowls or cones.
