You can try using plain Ranch seasoning if preferred, but this Fiesta flavor is insanely good. Raw carrots are already so crunchy, it just makes sense to add dry seasoning straight away for a genius 2 ingredient crunchy snack. Plus I love how frugal carrots are. A 1-pound bag of sliced carrot chips is just $1.58 at my Walmart!
I am now wanting to experiment with other crunchy veggies like raw bell pepper and cauliflower!

Extra tips for making these carrots:
- I suggest only making as many carrots as you’ll eat in a sitting. I found out that they do get soggy when stored in a container in the fridge with the seasoning on.
- You can opt for the traditional Ranch seasoning, Fiesta seasoning, and there is even a Spicy ranch seasoning to consider too! I do have a homemade ranch seasoning recipe you can try if you are avoiding prepared packets!
- I plan on adding this seasoning to crunchy roasted chickpeas. That is also such a great easy snack.
Overall this was such a surprisingly delclious snack!
I highly reonlinemend giving it a go. Even my teenagers were fans. I will also be using this seasoning again as it’s delclious. Perhaps I’ll make a sour cream dip, wings, or burgers.
