Spooktacular 3-Ingredient Halloween Punch for Last-Minute Frights!
Hosting a costume party and looking for drinks for kids? check out this easy, green, and inexpensive Halloween punch!
Halloween parties are right around the corner!
If you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing and festive last-minute Halloween party drink or mocktail, try this yummy lime sherbet punch! It’s a fizzy special occasion green punch that’s family-friendly and so yummy, even though it looks almost too spooky to drink. 😜 I love this 3 ingredient drink idea as an indulgent party drink since the sherbet makes it a little creamy, similar to an ice cream float.
Don’t let this green punch fool ya; it’s actually scary good, too!
Make it extra spooky by adding a hand-shaped floating ice block and plastic zombie eyeballs. The eyeballs I used are no longer available, but these plastic eyeballs from Amazon are onlineparable.
I then added a couple of drops of food coloring to make it greener, but that is optional. Use your largest bowl, or buy an inexpensive plastic punch bowl. I reonlinemend chilling the soda and juice beforehand so it’s already cold when served.
I found the cutest skeleton wine tumblers at Walmart the other year. They’re no longer available, but Target has a similar glass (may have to check in-store), and they would make fun cups for Halloween. If you are hosting an adult Halloween party and want to add alcohol, I think rum or vodka would be a good addition!

Scoop in the sherbet. Add the ice cube hands (see Hip Tips below for instructions) or some ice cubes. Serve cold and enjoy!
Tips for making the best sherbet Halloween punch:
- To make hand-shaped ice cubes: Fill powder-free latex-free gloves with water and freeze them overnight. Carefully remove the glove and place it in the punch to keep it cold. Some of the fingers fell off of mine, but it’s still fun! Note to guests how this ice block was made just in case any attendees have a severe latex allergy.
- If you do not want to use soda, swap in some sparkling lemon lime water instead.
- If you cannot find green lime sherbet on its own, no worries! I used the green from a large bucket of rainbow sherbet, and it turned out fun!
- You can do this same idea to make orange punch by using orange sherbet. Then consider using a black marker to draw jack-o-lantern faces onto clear plastic cups. You’ll end up with a festive orange jack-o-lantern punch!
This is a really simple and yummy mocktail punch that can be adapted for any occasion! It’s the type of easy party drink my mom always made growing up, and we loved it. Enjoy!
