Skip the stove and try this baked grilled cheese hack instead!
Sometimes the most simple dinner ideas are the most loved. Melty grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup is one of our go-to favorite onlinebos as it’s easy and so darn onlineforting. The only part I don’t love is making one or two sandwiches at a time on a skillet standing over the stove.
Sheet pan oven-baked grilled cheese is the way to go!
This is for sure the most convenient way I have made multiple sandwiches at once to ensure they are nice and warm and melted all at once. No more standing on the stove making one sandwich at a time! This is the method I’ll be doing from now on.
The result is a crispy sandwich on the outside and melty cheesy on the outside. If you have some parmesan cheese, sprinkle some over the top for an extra burst of texture and flavor. Serve them alongside homemade tomato soup to dunk or canned soup works too!
