The secret is this highly rated Yonanas Elite Healthy Frozen Dessert Maker. This machine allows you to make delicious and healthy frozen soft serve treats with 100% pure frozen fruit! The trick is to first peel and freeze very ripe spotted bananas for at least 24 hours and then use this machine to make incredibly creamy frozen desserts. 2. Farrah

My favorite : banana + strawberry yaaammyy

  3. liz

I have this machine and never use it bc i never freeze the fruit, but it works so good! Literally makes frozen fruit into icecream.

  4. nk

It can bet done in normal cjopper or juicer.tjis machine v expensive.ther was one om sale last month in costco for 40

    • Wehaf

Yes, I use my food processor for this and it works wonderfully. There’s no need to buy a special machine for this, especially one that has only one use.

  5. Sarah K.

My sis in law bought one of these and was raving about it. She got it because she wanted ice cream without all the extra additives or sugar. The banana and strawberry onlinebination was awesome and it looked easy to use. I may consider getting one later on.

  6. Ali S.

I like to mix bananas and almond butter! Rich in fiber and protein, too. But I just blend up frozen bananas and almond butter in my Ninja, then freeze again. You can add honey, milk, chocolate chips, etc.

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

I’m so trying that! Thanks Ali

  7. Gail

I have one of these and absolutely love it, so good and healthy. It’s also easy to use and clean.

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

      I know -We are obsessed!

  8. Deb

This machine is very popular in my area, because there are a lot of Orthodox Jews here who keep kosher and cannot mix meat and dairy at a meal. The local Target can’t keep these in stock!

  9. Meera

I saw this one at Costco 🙂

  10. jess

If only I had $108.00! Looks yummy though

  11. Jennine

Bahaha as soon I read the title. I said an enthusiastic, “OK!” 😉 we do Kebler simply made version of Oreos in our ninja blender, works great. Excited to try the chi recipe!!! Dessert for breakfast? Ok! 😋

  12. nicole

I make this in my food processor and toss all the parts in the dishwasher 😉 No need for a separate machine to take up space in my cabinet!

    • emulvey2001

I do the same thing. NO reason to buy a “one hit wonder” appliance!

  13. Kimberly

Did you say ice cream? for breakfast? Sure know how to win my heart. or so said many people that knows me by telling my husband by saying forget flowers, get her ice cream. What a great idea. But the product is pricy. , However not wanting to add to my bulky appliances, can this be done in Blendtec (similar to Vitamix)?

    • Kimberly

Ok, apparently I didn’t read above post. Similar to Ninja, I can do in blendtec since I use this for other things. Thanks for sharing. I can do this for my little ones too.

  14. Stephanie

I found the magic bullet dessert maker at Walmart for $9 the other day! It’s awesome!

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Oh haven’t heard of that! Awesome!

  15. Jennine

The Older model is affordable $50 range from Amazon less though their warehouse, and eBay, Or less on Craigslist, and offer up app. Then, the elite model can be found in Amazon warehouse, and eBay in the $60-70 range, last, Costco has these elite for $80. Good luck 🙂

  16. Sonia

The Yonanas site has a promo code EATRIGHT for 30% off today. I got one for 89.99.

  17. Cara

I have never had anything make me wish I wasn’t allergic to bananas more than this device! Enjoy it if health permits, y’all – I would! 😉

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

You can use other fruit! 😀

  18. Kris P

Can you make Dole whip with this?

    • Jennine

Per Google search, yes you can 🙂

    • Robyn (Crafty Bargainista)

Recently I made a Dole Whip in my Vitamix and it was to die for! Then I added Malibu rum and it took it to an even more sinful level! 😁 All you need is frozen (fresh) pineapple and coconut milk… and you can also add frozen bananas and Malibu to taste. LOL!

      • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Yum! That sounds so good right now!

      • Katie

Oh my, that sounds delicious! I will be giving it a try!😀

      • Traci L

What is the ratio for the Pineapple, Coconut milk and bananas? Sounds yummy!

  19. Amanda

My question is how prevalent is the banana flavor…? I’m not a fan of anything banana flavored at all; but I def need some healthy cold treats to beat the heat!

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

You could maybe add a splash of vanilla? If you add other fruits it’s not as prevalent – in fact you could totally use other fruits and skip bananas- but adding even half a banana makes the texture creamy. Hope that helps!

  20. Karen

I’m a Costco member and they have these on their website for $79.99 with free S&H. I’m trying so hard to avoid impulse spending, but this looks like a wonderful product, with such great reviews!

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Excellent! I know the reviews say it all 😀

  21. Patricia Lavenz-Goff

I need to get a blender or a food processor to try this I guess. LOL I have never used either but would be fun to learn.

  22. Sue

I’m sorry but “elite healthy” that is a weird name for a product. Do only elites have the right to eat healthy?

  23. Karen

Well I splurged and bought one! I frequently buy bags of frozen organic fruit at Costco that will be perfect for this. And my local grocer has “reduced” bananas several times a week that I can buy and slice/freeze. Also, I bet a teaspoon of my local honey would taste great mixed in. Can’t wait! Thank you! 🙂

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Awesome! I love Costco’s frozen fruit too! 😀

  24. browniesmomma

I actually bought one of these a few years ago at Aldi. It is their own brand, but a heck of a lot cheaper. I think it was around $20.! It can be a bit loud, but does the job. Usually just use bananas & top with chocolate sauce. Tastes like chocolate covered bananas. Even put chopped nuts on top sometimes. So I suggest that people watch Aldi for them. They onlinee out with them every year around this time, along with the ice cream makers. 🙂

  25. Rachael

We have this and it is awesome!! It truly does taste like ice cream! Amazing and so easy to use and easy to clean!

  26. A.B.

We do this in our Ninja, I think it does a better job than my Vitamix, for this purpose. I do the frozen bananas with a scoop of Nutella for a special treat, and my kiddos go bonkers over it! I want to try the chai recipe… For me! Thanks for posting!

  27. Delilah Pugsley

I have this machine and is fantastic!

  28. lovespring

I do this in my juicer. Love it with bananas

    • Lina D (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Yum!
