Easy Roasted Beer Can Chicken
Beer Can Chicken makes roasting a chicken at home super tasty and super easy! Not only does the can act as a great platform to keep your chicken upright, but the beer within the can also keeps the meat moist and adds wonderful flavor. Want to skip the beer? Try root beer or another soda instead for similar results!

This type of chicken is my family’s favorite because of the amazingly flavorful and crispy outside skin. The beer really does add a unique flavor and makes for a wonderful “sauce”. Leftovers are perfect the next day for chicken burritos or to serve with a salad.
