Caramelized cinnamon and sugar topped peaches are the easiest way to make peach cobbler without an oven!

air fryer peach cobbler

It’s peach season and here’s a delicious dessert idea using the air fryer!

I especially love this easy peach cobbler as there’s no need to heat up the kitchen to make a fabulous after-dinner treat in under 15 minutes including prep. Roasting peaches in the air fryer makes them ultra sweet and caramelized, tender, and so delicious.

peach cobbler with ice cream

I realize this is more of a roasted peach recipe but it has major “super easy peach cobbler” vibes!

Adding ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and a buttery topping makes this simple idea taste similar to peach cobbler, especially when topped with cold vanilla ice cream. This air fryer hack is so fun, and I think your family will really enjoy it. Plus it doesn’t involve lots of chopping and baking a whole peach cobbler in the oven… and no oven in the summer is a WIN for me!

Tips for making easy peach cobbler using the air fryer:

  • I used white peaches, but you can use whichever type you like. If your peaches aren’t super ripe, it’s still okay to use them here as the cooking process will make them tender and sweeter.
  • Cook times are approximate as the size of your peach may be larger and air fryers vary slightly. It’s easy to add a minute or two more cook time if it’s not tender enough.
  • I served my peaches with vanilla ice cream, but vanilla Greek yogurt or a bit of whipped cream could be tasty! Also, pecans or almonds would be a great addition.
  • I think this same idea would be very yummy with pears or even apples perhaps!

This easy peach cobbler is yet another reason I love my air fryer!

A quick dessert that takes about 10 minutes to cook is right up my alley, and I know you’ll enjoy it too!

Peaches are pretty inexpensive at my grocery store right now since they’re in season, which is a great time to take advantage of them.

Here’s what my teammate Jenna said after making this air fryer peach cobbler:

“Peach cobbler is probably the best dessert of all time, and with this, you can have a few servings ready in about 10 minutes, love it! This was so simple to throw together and I can’t wait to make it again! The summery taste of the warm peaches with the cold and creamy ice cream, YUM! The whole fam loved this one!”
