Ham is one the easiest holiday meals to prepare, and making one in the slow cooker is convenient and YUMMY!
My favorite ham flavors are orange and clove and this recipe and cooking method resulted in a tender, juicy ham with lots of great citrus flavor. My family loved it, and the leftovers were just as delicious!
Feel free to improvise on the glaze to make your own version. For instance, my mom makes a version with a little defrosted orange juice concentrate and whole cloves pressed in the top of ham.
