Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- salt & pepper to taste (or Kinder's The Blend)

Heat a skillet to medium heat and add a little butter.

Add the eggs and cottage cheese. Use a spatula to mix a bit and then let cook. You can alternatively mix the eggs and cheese together in a separate bowl and then add to the pan.
