Always a HIT! Buffalo Chicken Dip ROCKS!
You can never go wrong with a melted cream cheese dip, and this one with buffalo sauce and a bubbly melted cheddar cheese top is SO GOOD! You can dip chips, crackers, celery sticks, and also the small pieces of bread from the loaf.
To be honest, I had a little cooking fail with this recipe idea… 😬
I was actually trying to serve this as a loaf that you can slice up to serve, like this recipe suggested, however, that definitely didn’t work out! LOL I think most likely because this was a very light textured bread, and it collapsed when slicing. So, unless your bread is super dense, and maybe you were to use a little less of the cream cheese mixture, I wouldn’t suggest that method.
