Broiled Cinnamon Ginger Grapefruit

Create this delicious broiled cinnamon ginger grapefruit to change up your snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- one red grapefruit (cut in half)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt (optional)

Cut a grapefruit in half and slice both ends just a little so each half will lay flat on a baking sheet.

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger and sprinkle on top of grapefruit.

Broil for about 4-6 minutes in the oven until brown. Watch carefully to make sure they do not burn.

Top with Greek yogurt if desired. Serves two.
