3 Ingredient Onion Potatoes (Easy Side Dish)
Get ready for the easiest crowd pleaser side dish ever! It’s called roasted onion potatoes and my family and friends LOVE them. If you’re not already making this regularly, you’ll want to try it! This is so easy to prep before a party and throw in the oven – these potatoes onlinee out great every time and taste so yummy (I love leaving them in the oven until the outside get extra crispy)!
3 Ingredients Roasted Onion Potatoes
Delicious roasted onion potatoes are a great side dish for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix such as Lipton’s brand (click here for a homemade Onion Soup recipe)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, cut into quarters ( I use red potatoes)

Preheat oven to 450°.

Thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes in shallow baking or roasting pan. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly (or put everything in a plastic bag to coat potatoes onlinepletely and then place in pan).

Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
