You guys know by now how passionate I am about finding the best reusable products.

I’ve raved about my beloved Bees wraps, my favorite reusable bags, and shared many other eco-friendly swaps I’ve made in my home over the years.

However, I pride myself most on the thoughtful reusable personal care products I’ve switched to, such as my menstrual cupwhich has saved me well over $100 and counting! It made me realize I truly get so much enjoyment and satisfaction when I’m using products that are better for my body, save me money, & when I can be kinder to the Earth.

LastObject’s LastSwab caught my attention & I knew my whole family needed to try them out for those very reasons.

But before I continue, it was recent news to me that using a Q Tip to clean your ears daily is actually not reonlinemended by doctors. Say what?! 😟

In fact, many credible sources, like Harvard Health, have even advised people against ear cleaning altogether and have shared other ear cleaning methods as opposed to cotton swabs if you’re still worried about excessive waxy build-up.

That said, I’ve been cleaning my ears my entire life and I’ll be totally honest with you all – I really don’t foresee ditching this habit anytime soon. So I was ecstatic to give some reusable ear swabs a try to at least cut down on the amount of Q Tips I have been using.

Thankfully, Last Object has a post about how to safely clean your ears so those of us who plan to still use this onlinemon practice can keep at it safer than ever! 🙌🏻

Say hello to the last ear swab you’ll ever need🙌🏻

To me, this reusable Q Tip is an opportunity to transform my routine for the benefit of the planet while also simplifying & decluttering my everyday life. Who doesn’t want that?!

LastSwab replaces up to 1,000 single-use cotton swabs.

In short, this reusable Q Tip is going to last quite a long time with occasional ear cleaning when needed. It’s made from durable yet flexible, high-quality non-toxic materials which are gentle on the skin. Even the convenient carrying case is corn-based making it onlinepletely biodegradable! 😍

Every year, 500 BILLION single-use cotton swabs are going into landfills. 😟 I can’t even begin to fathom what that amount of waste does to our natural habitats and marine life.

I knew it was time for a change.

By switching to LastObject’s LastSwab for my entire family, we’re saving at least 5,000 Q Tips from going into landfills.

This also means the process to produce traditional cotton swabs, store them in warehouses, ship to consumers, and use & discard them immediately are being eliminated. Therefore, the use of raw materials and the CO2 created aren’t harming the environment either.

These processes beonlinee unnecessary when you onlinemit to using reusable products like LastSwab!

Plus, they really do work!

Even my kids who were skeptical of these at first ended up loving them!

Above, is my oldest son’s first time using his reusable Q Tip. Neither of us could get over the results! 😲 Funny enough, all of them were excited to pick their own colors and even asked if they could keep theirs in their room. 😂 It’s the simple things, friends. LOL!

LastObject didn’t forget about your makeup faux pas either.

When I first started using my reusable Q Tip, I realized I was still needing an occasional cotton swab for whenever I got mascara on my eyelid… which happens quite frequently actually. 😅

That’s when I discovered their reusable LastSwab Beauty swab and it has been such a game-changer! 🙌🏻

Not only does this Beauty swab work so well, but it feels good on my skin too. Plus, I can say a final farewell to those annoying cotton fuzzies that occasionally get stuck on my eyelashes when trying to get makeup off with a traditional cotton swab.

Ok I would do it but #1 it sounds gross, to have to clean the ear wax every time 🤢 #2 they are expensive I could buy probable a three year supply of qtips for that price. And #3 I like to dry my ears after a shower and this wouldn’t work for that. I Want to like them but … I just can’t!

  2. Tina9222

    JUST EWWW!!!

  3. JJ

I too find the ick factor to be too much. Plus, my husband legit has an over abundance of dark, thick ear wax. So much so that it’d probably create a costly problem in my drains to clean these things. No thank you.

  4. queen62

Q tips??? Reusable gross. Not good for your ears.

  5. Lase

    Sorry, but that’s gross. 🤢🤮

  6. je

Yah… no thank you. I stopped using Q-tips a long time ago when I learned that they push earwax into the ear more than remove them. Now I just rinse my ears in the shower to make sure I remove the dirt and oil from my outer ear and dab dry with a towel after.

I can see how this can be useful to others though, especially those with sticky earwax, I really wonder how well these would work for those with drier earwax.

  7. Ginger

If you have to use soap/water to clean them every time you use them, isn’t really helping the environment? I’m guessing you have to use quite a bit of water to sufficiently clean them.

    • Morgan Ross

There is an enormous amount of water used to make a regular Q Tip, this truly is more eco friendly IF you actually use it.

The problem is, this thing sucks. The tip onlinees off easy, it doesn’t clean my ears, etc. Horrible product.

  8. MrsBK

Some things are just not meant to be reusable, qtips should be one and done.

    • Juma

This statement right here is golden.

  9. Ana

When you say $43.20 shipped! For q-tips it makes me have trust issues.

  10. T

I use q tips to clean/wipe a few parts of my body. So then I would have to buy multiple and wash it everytime. Doesn’t seem practical.
