Klean Athlete Collagen+C strengthens your joints for better health and workouts!

Get ready to strengthen more than just your muscles during your next workout!

I’ve always enjoyed working out–and specifically lifting weights–but I’ve never really been “into” taking supplements like some folks are. After the gym, I’d usually just eat a massive salad with dinner and call it a day!

But the truth is, I’m getting older. I’m still young (ish 🤣) but I definitely don’t recover from intense physical activity the way I used to several years ago. And if I don’t stretch after? I can forget about even attempting to move around for the next day or two.

Luckily, I had the opportunity to start taking Klean Athlete’s Collagen+C supplement after a weekend full of hiking and white water rafting, and it couldn’t have onlinee at a better time! Keep on reading to see my experience as a non-supplement-taker learning what this collagen hype is all about.

Even better, we’ve been able to secure a deal for Hip2Save readers to save 10% and score FREE shipping. Keep reading to learn about my newfound love for collagen & how you can save today!

First, let’s talk collagen & why ya need it!

scoop of Klean Athlete powder

Collagen is a natural part of us all and, in fact, is actually the most abundant protein in the human body! It has so many important functions, including strengthening our bones & joints and keeping our skin elastic.

But, as we get older, our bodies make less and less of it… that’s why we start to see wrinkles and get sore more easily as we age.

So taking a collagen supplement is a great way to keep our skin looking youthful. But today, I’m talking about what happens on the inside. 🙃

Here are some of the potential benefits of taking a collagen supplement:

Note, I’m no doctor, but I’ve linked to studies by the folks who are.

  • Collagen can reduce joint pain. According to some studies, daily collagen supplementation can reduce joint pain and “slow down the hallmarks of aging” overall. 🙌
  • It could help you build muscle. Some studies have shown that a collagen supplement, in onlinebination with resistance training, significantly increased fat loss and muscle gain in study participants.

All that being said, the Klean Collagen+C isn’t just any old collagen supplement.

It’s formulated with vitamin C which, aside from also being amazing for our skin, studies have shown it actually stimulates the synthesis of collagen in the body.

Even better, Klean Athlete has created their Collagen+Vitamin C supplement in a way that makes it super bioavailable! After all, there’s no use taking something that our bodies can’t absorb.

So the science behind it sounds good… but you’re probably wondering how I actually felt while using it.

Again, I’m not a doctor, but I personally had such a good experience with Klean Athlete’s Collagen+C that I wanted to share it with everyone!

Like I mentioned, I started taking a scoop of the Collagen+C supplement after a full weekend of hiking and rafting, and needless to say, everything hurt. 😂

I took a scoop of the powder on Sunday night, and while I can’t say my aches and pains were miraculously absent, I was able to go back to the gym on Monday & had a pretty successful workout! In the recent past, I’ve had to take a day or two to recover after intense activity like that, so I was genuinely impressed that I was able to make it through my routine so soon.

I’ve taken a scoop each day since, and I’m finding that my workouts are more productive and I’m more inclined to work harder since I’m confident that I can go all-out without the soreness or other negative effects to follow.

Also, it tastes super refreshing and not too sweet (that sugary taste that so many powders have is a major turn-off for me 🤢 & one of the reasons I avoid supplements). The texture is thin, almost like drinking plain water, and it’s not too filling so I can easily fit it in between my workout and my dinner!

Klean Athlete Collagen+C

Despite the Klean Athlete name, I think that even non-athletes can benefit from taking the Collagen+C powder.

You definitely don’t have to be a marathon runner to reap the benefits of a collagen supplement. Even if you don’t work out on the daily, the Collagen+Vitamin C powder will help keep you strong from the inside out! And also, who doesn’t want fewer wrinkles?? 😂

I can safely say that after doing my research on collagen and its studied benefits, this non-supplement-taker will definitely be incorporating it into her daily routine from here on out. 🙌

If you order on Amazon they currently have a promotion for 20% off using code KLEAN20OFF and if you Subscribe & Save it’s another 10% off. I was able to purchase it for $27.87. I can’t wait to try it.

Thank you, i saw that too !! Great deal 😊

    • HR Rose

It didn’t work for me at first and then I realized I had the same product / different seller. Once I selected the correct product and seller, the code and S&S still works! THANKS!

I don’t use that specific brand- but I do use the Vital Proteins blue container of Collagen. I swear by the stuff! My cellulite looks better, and my face has much less breakouts. It’s 29ish for the big container at Costco- They will run a special for 23 every so often and I usually stock up then

    • Jill

It’s on sale now. 8.00 off

    • Methina

      How do you take it?

    • Rain

      There isn’t one.

    • Carla

Monat makes a vegan collagen that is awesome! They also have a 30 day money-back guarantee! If you don’t know anyone who sells Monat, my website is carlarr.mymonat.online I’d be happy to help you!

I love Hip2Save and have followed you guys for Years! While I appreciate all the awesome deals you find I can’t help but feel that this is just a post to make some referral money off of?

    • Ivy

That’s what hip2save has turned into these days. It’s just not the same as it used to be.

    • Mel

Of course there’s some “suggestion posts”. However I still think they provide a lot of posts for savings.

I guess I don’t understand that point of view. I’ve been following H2S for years too and the whole world has changed with the emergence and domination of social media branding and influencers. Sites like these used to be full of freebies and genuine bargains but onlinepanies don’t seem to offer samples and deals like they used to. Which, to me, means sites like this have to adapt. I’ve never met Collin but it seems they’ve always tried to be truthful about endorsements, etc. Mistakes have been made but they try to correct it. If a staffer uses a product and genuinely likes it and can make money promoting it, I don’t see a problem with that. The site has to survive somehow. I just scroll past deals that don’t appeal to me rather than onlineplaining about it. Life isn’t perfect and neither is any site. I think H2S still does a good job and I fully expect to be a forever fan. Just my opinion and we’re all entitled to our own perspective.

  5. Evie

That is why onlinemon sense is used. Friends and family are my “influencers.”
Even sports has been ruined. It is now a “brand.”
Guess they will not miss it when none show up for games, with the new mandates.
Everyones body is unique. What works for 1, will not work for all.

  6. Di

Off topic but, did I miss something?? Where’s Colin w/the daily cup of coffee??

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Di! Thanks so much for asking! She has been busy with moving! 💕

  7. Doug

As someone who has worked out for 20+ years and taken many supplements…. I can assure you collagen does nothing to “build muscle”. For that, you need proteins with amino acids. And the claims about helping joint pain/bone loss are very suspect too.

  8. Christina

I’m a H2S follower to heart, so I gave this product a try. I’m a person who takes vitamins religiously, and the only supplement I drink is vitamin C on occasion (I actually love the “bubbly” orange flavor!). This “berry” flavored power tasted disgustingly. Gross. Like medicine. It should be more sour for the “fruits” that the ingredients say it contains. And it’s expensive. I’m never buying it again.
