Revlon Lash Curler – $4.99

Sometimes you just need to bring it back to basics and a bunch of us at Hip2Save are in love with our tried and true. In fact, we have been for many years! If you’re not looking to spend a fortune on an eyelash curler, then a basic Revlon might be all you need in your life. Despite all the bad reviews, we still love this affordable option!

“I have only used this one my whole life – and I’ve actually tried switching multiple times because I thought I needed to upgrade, but I ended up always reverting back to my original one – it’s my tried and true. I just buy new red rubber pads for mine whenever I need them. I’m not sure if my exact one is even available as I think mine is legitimately from 2006 when I started wearing makeup! 😂 – Emily, Hip Sidekick

“I never really gave it a second thought to spend more than a few bucks on an eyelash curler. I’ve actually had my Revlon one for many years and previous to replacing it, I had a Revlon before that, too. I think these do a great job at separating my eyelashes before I put mascara on and gives my lashes an overall better appearance.” – Sara, Hip Sidekick

3. If your lashes are on the shorter side, you’ll want to splurge on this Chanel curler that gets up close to the lash line without pinching.

  1. Jamie Smith

I have always heated my eyelash curler with my hair dryer for a few seconds since I was a teenager. It works perfect.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Great tip for a traditional eyelash curler, Jamie! 🙌❤️

  2. Shay

I onlinepletely disagree! My heated curler is my favorite beauty tool and it makes such a difference!

  3. Ursulina

Hi H2S friends, I have long but stick straight eyelashes and have curled them just about everyday since I was a teenager. Years ago I switched to plastic eyelash curlers and have been super happy with the results. Sometimes the metal ones would kink my lashes instead of curl them, even if I had replaced the rubber pad.
Also, I can only use one type of mascara, otherwise any other mascara will straighten out my freshly curled eyelashes. I use Maybelline Volum’ Express Rocket (blue/pink tube) in waterproof and have been pleased with the results for years.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks so much for explaining what has worked best for your lashes! I don’t ever curl mine and now I really want to give it a try! 🙌

  4. Olgraygirl
