SunnyD Vodka Seltzer Now Available in Walmart Stores
SunnyD has been around since the 1960s, when it was better known as Sunny Delight – “the good stuff kids go for.” It was loved for its unique citrusy flavor that was nearly impossible to define. According to the classic onlinemercial (Soda, OJ, purple stuff… Sunny Delight! – 90s kids know what I’m talking about) it tasted like “oranges, tangerines, limes, and healthy junk too.” 😆
Ultimately, SunnyD fell out of favor when moms probably realized that there was a lot less “healthy junk” in there than the onlinemercials implied. Since then, it was rebranded as SunnyD, and it’s been enjoying a recent onlineeback with a whole new generation of thirsty kids.
Soon, this iconic beverage will be available in the brand-new form of SunnyD Vodka Seltzer. This canned adult beverage will feature SunnyD’s one-of-a-kind tangy orange flavor in a 4.5 percent alcohol-by-volume sparkling seltzer. And your mom will be happy to know that it’s made with real fruit juice, zero grams of added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and it has just 95 calories.
Available now in select states, 90s SunnyD fans 21+ can buy SunnyD Vodka Seltzer at select Walmart stores nationwide. You’ll find it in a four-pack of 12-oz. slim cans with a suggested retail price of $9.99. It will also be sold at Total Wine & More and at select independent alcohol retailers.
