There’s a Panda Express class action lawsuit that you need to know about…
Did you place an order on the Panda Express website or app between July 17, 2020, and February 16, 2022? If you did and were charged a service fee, you may be entitled to a settlement. The settlement has not been fully approved by the court just yet, but the final approval hearing is set for November 8, 2023.
The settlement is for $1.4 million dollars. Though Panda Express hasn’t admitted to wrongdoing, the onlinepany is still prepared to pay up. If you feel you deserve a portion of this settlement, you’ll want to file a claim before January 10, 2024.
If your claim is approved, you’ll be entitled to either a cash payout or up to two vouchers for two medium entrees. These vouchers are redeemable through the Panda Express website or mobile app.
Here’s how to file a claim in the Panda Express lawsuit…
As of now, you do not need a receipt to file a claim. If you’re ready to submit one, head on over to the settlement website where you can file online. Click the “Start Your Claim” button.
