If you purchased Olaplex products within the United States between February 7th, 2019, and September 6th, 2024, and the product labeling included “Made in the USA” (or similar language) you may be eligible for an Olaplex product voucher.

The brand has allegedly violated several consumer protection laws under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act, including the Made in USA Statute, by incorrectly stating on product packaging and advertising that Olaplex products were made in the USA.
