Nintendo’s Wii U and 3DS eStores to Close March 27th
Last month, Nintendo announced it would be closing the eShops for Wii U and 3DS consoles on March 27th. This means gamers will no longer be able to purchase any digital games from that date on. If you’re looking to play games like Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies or Pokémon X & Y, now is the time to purchase before it’s too late!
Physical copies of classic games will still be available for purchase; however, Den of Greeks reports the prices of retro games have skyrocketed due to the scarcity.
Aside from the price difference, many gamers prefer digital games as it’s easy to keep organized. Regardless of the mixed responses received from fans, Nintendo’s decision is final. You have two more days to purchase the digital games of your choice before the option is revoked on March 27th!
