Nestle Coffee-Mate Class Action Settlement: Last Day to File Claim for $5-$40 (No Proof Required)
Nestle has settled a $10 million No Proof Required Class Action Lawsuit regarding its Coffee-Mate powdered coffee creamers. The lawsuit alleges that Nestle misrepresented the number of servings contained in the product. The onlinepany denies any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement to avoid court fees and other expenses.
If you live in the US and purchased a qualifying Coffee-Mate powder creamer product for personal use between January 1, 2017, and December 8, 2022, you may qualify for onlinepensation as part of this settlement.
A onlineplete list of Nestle Coffee-Mate flavors covered in this class action lawsuit can be found on the Nestle Class Action administrator’s website. The two categories of claims are as follows:
- No Proof of Purchase – Those with no proof of purchasing Nestle Coffee-Mate powder creamers can get up to 50¢ per product for 10 total Coffee-Mate products (limited to a total claim reimbursement amount of $5).
- With Proof of Purchase – Those with valid proof of purchase (credit card statements, receipts, etc.) can get up to 30% of the price paid per unit of Nestle Coffee-Mate (limited to a total claim reimbursement amount of $40.00).
Only one claim per household is allowed. If you wish to file a claim, you can either file one “no proof” claim or one “with proof” claim. The deadline to file a claim is today, March 14, 2023. To file a claim, you must submit this electronic form by 11:59 PM CT. If you do not have a class action member ID, you can register to receive one here.
