Hi, How do I sign the document. I buy a container every week of the liquid coffeemate.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! SO sorry for any issues, MsAnnie. ❤️ Were you able to head through the electronic form linked near the bottom of the post?

      • MsAnnie

Hello, I was able to get to the screen for method of payment, I chose that but wasn’t able to sign and I cannot log back in as it states my email address already exists. Hopefully it went through. Thank you for all you do.

I don’t understand the wording price per unit means each item? I bought 4 containers of 35.3 and the price of each items was different from fluctuation so 1 time is $5.18 to $6.24 to $6.72 and they don’t let you list each hike or drop in price just a total per unit which means DuH? so do they want the total price or price of each item added all together?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Bob! I’m not eligible to submit this form, but checked the wording we have in the post on this and it seems that with proof of purchase (receipts, invoices, etc.), you qualify to receive up to 30% of the price paid per unit of Nestle Coffee-Mate you purchase, but are limited to a total claim reimbursement amount of $40.00. If you think that you have spent that amount in the time-frame mentioned in the claim, you’d want to include that full total and upload any requested documentation for those as proof of the full amount. Hoping this is helpful! ❤️

      • Bob

yes I have 4 receipts but I’m not sure if I need to give them a total cost which would be $23.34 so I’d get $7.00 back or I will get $2.01 back because I put $6.72 per unit cause that’s all you could enter

        • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

So sorry for the confusion, Bob! I was able to get to the form to check things a bit further. If you have documentation, and selected that option, you’ll want to select how many units you bought, of what product, and include the price per unit. If I had to choose, it would be entering in the amount of one of the receipts that I had on hand that I was also submitting as documentation/proof of purchase. It does seem that it will likely be a percentage of the overall amount that you’ll receive back. Hope this helps! 💕
