   I live in BKLYN,NY there were two stores in my area that were having this promo I went to two events plus today Even though i got a bear (which is mini size) The management at the store said event was starting at ten am which turned out to be 12 oclock this happened at each giveaway So you have alot of people on a line waiting also you had to have the target app on your phone and be a circle member I guess my point is for a customer promo the individual store team members had no clue there was a promotion If I was not at Target to shop I would have not bothered really badly organized I understand they are doing the last promo on sunday 12/22 but i would call store first
