   HI. I tried to buy the starbucks gift card and couple home now. But it keeps erroring me out at after I pressed place order. Any body else have the same issue? Thanks.

If so, you might check for an app update or try logging out and back in. 🤞 If you’re on a laptop or desktop onlineputer, try switching over to a different browser, to see if that might do the trick.    Yeah updated, logged out and back in using the app. No good. I only tried to use a credit card. It shows a message saying payment is successful, try again later. Does it only have PayPal or a Debit card? Thank you.

  Hmm.. Did you receive any emails confirming the order? I received one when the gift card order was placed? I received a few confirmations – “Your gift card is on the way!” and “We got your gift card order,” as well as another when it was redeemed. It looks like there are several methods of payment options available. You might check that you have the correct phone number OR email for sending – as sometimes this holds orders up as well. If you’re still not having any luck, be sure to reach out to DoorDash customer service for further guidance, by clicking “Me” in the bottom right-hand corner of the app to access your account, then “Settings” and “Get help.” ❤️
