  Sorry for the troubles, Denise. I just checked this deal on my end, and it still seems to be applying on my end. You might check that you have one of the white options in you cart.    Based on your description and reonlinemendations I purchased this. Downloaded the app for said device and followed all of the directions like I never do. Back to Amazon. Great for Lina hers works. Mine printed 10 blank labels. Just ordered 75 blank labels for 1.50 from Amazon. It’s hard work with these labels I am getting. I actually have to write with a sharpie. Taxes, flour, Christmas. Caveat emptor. .

  For a free return to Amazon? Customer service for a product made in china under 10$. Really? I have no desire to deal with something this cheap. My $1.50 blank labels 75 count arrives tomorrow. Glad it works for your daughter. My daughter is one class away from her masters in public health without a label maker.

   Could not use that deal, but they had other coupons and some other promotion so got the printer – in pink 🙂 and refill roll of labels for $19.02 total. Yay – Thank you been needing one, but also been putting it off because may not need it as often as in the past and afraid ink would dry up. Not won’t have to worry about spending/wasting $ on ink.
