I have been using it for over 20 years. My mom heard about it via my grandma who was a nurse, then she passed the info along to me when I was in junior high school. I’m 34 now and it’s all I use. I use it as a basic face cleanser in the shower and before bed. I have oily/dry skin so I apply a little moisturizer after. Put a dab on pimples, let dry, and wash off in the morning – it reduces its size tremendously!
