  Hmm, were you able to save the offer? I did find this in the offer details on how it applies – “The Reward will be automatically applied to the Eligible Participant’s next purchase of $15.00 USD or more with PayPal online at Target.online.”

   It showed up for me but kept getting an error when I tried to save it. Now Target has an error at checkout that says they are unable to use PayPal at this time.

    I’m getting “something went wrong” too. When I go straight to my “offers” page, I don’t see this one listed in the 24 offers available. Maybe it’s not available to everyone so people clicking the link who don’t have this offer are getting the error.

    The offer fine print also reads, “There are only 29,000 rewards available during the offer period. Rewards will no longer be available once the limit is reached.” Perhaps the offer reached its designated amount? I hope they have it again. 🙂

    When you get the error message that means the offer was not for you (it’s only for certain PayPal accounts). Also check your email. When I did the $5 off $10 Starbucks I also received an email notifying me of the offer 🙂

    Was charged the full amount. Called PayPal they said they didn’t see the offer on my account. It was there. Not very good customer service to me.
