   Most stain and water-resistant coatings for fabric are made out of PFAS — “forever chemicals” like those in Teflon that never break down. They’re being linked to a lot of concerning health issues. I’d be cautious about using stain-resistant materials for little ones, unless you can confirm no PFAS.

  Thank you for pointing that out, Maggie. Just read through the description and this was excerpted fm it “The fabric is also PFC (per- and poly-fluorinated chemicals) Free.” Just fyi and grab some for our little ones.
