To get your Panera gift card, head to your local retailer that sells Panera groceries, spend $20, and then head to PaneraGroceryRewards.online to upload a copy of your receipt. AND you can even spend the $20 across multiple transactions – sweet!
Once you’ve submitted your receipt(s), it could take up to 48 hours to receive your gift card in your email account. Note that there is a limit of two rewards per household and all requests must be submitted by November 8th.
