  I just tried to place another order with my credit card onlinepany on the line to ensure the transaction wasn’t flagged as fraud. I received a message that my order was confirmed on the website, followed a few moments later with the same message:

  Hi , We had to cancel your order xxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxx because it didn’t pass our screening process. Online security is important—like really important—so we take every measure we can to protect the people shopping with us.

  We suggest you check out your billing and shipping info—there might be an oopsie in there that needs fixing!

  Please note, no funds will be collected from the payment method used for this order*.

  Thanks for posting, but this throws up serious red flags as a reputable business site. I hope others have better luck.

  Darn! So sorry to hear your order was cancelled again! 😔 Here are some helpful tips that I found on the FAQ page about cancelled orders if these might be helpful –

  Why was my gift card order canceled?
  Gift card orders are canceled for the following reasons:

  The information provided does not match the information on file at your bank.
  The image does not meet regulatory requirements
  Delivery address deemed undeliverable

  What can I do if my order was canceled and I would like to place a new order?
  If you would like to place a new order, we reonlinemend the following:

  Review your billing information for accuracy.
  Provide a correct mobile phone number.
  Use a different payment method.
  Make sure your billing address is linked to your payment method.
  Include the e-mail address that you regularly use.
