Very powerful, it hasn’t had a problem with anything I’ve made in it, even making bread was easy for it to handle. The half-speed setting is AMAZING for mixing ingredients slowly so nothing spills, it’s very heavy and high quality, the bowl is very big and it makes it easy to make large batches of things. Highly reonlinemend this kitchen aid if you make a lot of different foods or bake, it makes everything way more fun and easier
Excellent mixer. Since I purchased online I was not aware it was a lift mixer until I opened the box. I decided to keep it anyway despite never having used on before. Turns out I love it. The additional power and stability is a real bonus. It’s a beast.
Love this mixer! The Empire Red adds a nice cool factor to my already beautiful kitchen. It is BIG, so make sure you have counter space and high cabinets it can tuck in or under. It’s literally inspired me to craft homemade breads, cookies, and brownies. Just used it to whip up a homemade cheese ball for a holiday gathering. I’ve wanted one for a long time and I got this culinary delight on sale. No regrets!
